BOATLIFT IS CLOSED

Community Update: Post-Hurricane’s Damage Response 10-28-24

The South lift will remain open through Wednesday 10-30

After this, due to ongoing dam reconstruction, the lift will remain closed.  We will do everything in our power to speed up the process of repair, but it will likely remain closed for at least three weeks.

The water depth due to deposition of soil with the dam incursion on the north side is currently 2 feet 11 inches. If you approach from the south along the seawall near the apartments, the water is 3 feet 8 inches.

We will make every attempt at a temporary electrical solution to minimize the time closed .
